Our Story, Mission, and Values
Rosetta Family Foundation 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization was established to develop a Residential Facility for Adults with developmental disabilities who require supervision and assistance with daily living.
Our mission is to provide stable, community-based housing in a small residential setting where individuals can live safely with the support they need.
We are committed to preparing our residential home in accordance with licensing requirements, approved program plans, and health and safety standards to ensure consistent and responsible care.
Our values include safety, stability, respect, accountability, and proper supervision, with the goal of providing long-term residential placement in a structured and supportive environment.

Mission:
Rosetta Family Foundation’s mission is to provide safe, licensed, community-based residential housing and supportive services for adults with developmental disabilities who require supervision and assistance with daily living, while promoting dignity, stability, and independence.
Vision:
Our vision is to expand access to safe, well-supervised residential homes that allow adults with developmental disabilities to live in the least restrictive environment possible while receiving the support necessary to maintain health, safety, and quality of life.
About Us:
Rosetta Family Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit public benefit organization established to develop and operate residential programs for adults with developmental disabilities who require supervision, structure, and supportive living services.
The Foundation was created to address the shortage of safe, licensed residential homes for adults who need assistance with daily living but do not require skilled nursing care.
Our residential programs are being designed to provide:
24-hour supervision
Support with daily living activities
Safe and stable housing
Coordination with authorized service providers
Structured routines
Community integration opportunities
All programs will operate within the scope of California residential care regulations and are structured to ensure safety, consistency, and long-term placement stability.
Programs:
Rosetta Family Foundation is developing a residential home to provide non-medical care and supervision for adults who cannot safely live independently.
Services provided may include:
24-hour supervision
Assistance with personal care
Support with hygiene and daily routine
Medication assistance as permitted by regulation
Meal preparation and nutrition support
Laundry and housekeeping assistance
Transportation coordination
Support with appointments
Coordination with Regional Center services
Coordination with authorized providers
Structured daily schedule
Community participation support
All services provided will be within the scope of a licensed Adult Residential Facility.
The Foundation does not provide skilled nursing care, locked care, detoxification services, or psychiatric treatment programs.
Services:
Rosetta Family Foundation is working to provide licensed residential housing and supportive services for adults with developmental disabilities who require supervision and assistance with daily living.
Services will be provided in a community-based residential home that offers twenty-four hour non-medical care in accordance with California residential care regulations.
Services may include:
Supervision for safety
Assistance with daily living activities
Support with personal care routines
Medication assistance as permitted by regulation
Meal preparation and nutrition support
Laundry and housekeeping assistance
Transportation coordination
Support with appointments
Coordination with authorized service providers
Structured daily routine
Community participation support
All services will be provided within the scope of a licensed Adult Residential Facility.
The program does not provide skilled nursing care, locked supervision, detoxification services, or institutional treatment.
Residents will be admitted only after screening to ensure the program can safely meet their needs.
Eligibility:
Individuals may be considered for placement if they:
Are age 18 or older
Have a developmental disability
Require non-medical residential care
Are medically stable
Can safely live in a small residential home
Do not require skilled nursing care
Do not require locked supervision
Are compatible with other residents
Program and placement inquiries must include sufficient information for review. Future admissions will occur only after required approvals, screening, and program opening.
Placement is accepted only when the program can safely meet the individual’s needs.
Compliance:
Rosetta Family Foundation is preparing to be in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing nonprofit organizations and residential care programs.

Our Staffing Approach
Rosetta Family Foundation is developing a staffing structure to support safe, consistent, non-medical residential care for adults with developmental disabilities in a six-bed community-based home. The planned program is designed to include qualified leadership, direct care staff, and relief staff to help maintain supervision, structured routines, and assistance with daily living.
Staff will be trained, supervised, and assigned in accordance with the facility’s approved service model and operational requirements.
